The intersection of highways 21 and 32 in Leader has been closed due to a natural gas leak.
In a media release Thursday, the RCMP said the intersection was closed to allow SaskEnergy crews to repair a natural gas pipeline. Those repairs, the Mounties said, could last “a few days.”
On Wednesday, the RCMP got a call at about 4:40 p.m., about the leak. On Thursday morning, the Mounties reported the intersection had reopened, but later said it would remain closed as repairs were made.
