The possibility of weapons at a Regina business forced the SWAT team to be called in and two people were arrested.
Regina police conducted a search warrant at the Sunrise Motel on Rupert Street Thursday afternoon as part of an ongoing weapons and drug trafficking investigation.
Plain clothes officers, patrol members, and the SWAT team attended the scene.
Four people exited the building without incident.
Police confirm Gregory Troy Hamilton, 46, and Julie Michelle Langley, 39, both of Regina, are facing numerous charges including possession of a scheduled substance.
Hamilton made his first court appearance in Regina Friday morning. Langley will be in court on April 25.
