Fog advisory issued for Saskatoon and west-central areas

Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for Saskatoon and many areas of west-central Saskatchewan.

In a release, Environment Canada says near-zero visibility is expected or occurring in those areas.

Visibilities may improve a bit in some areas but will likely drop again this evening as light easterly winds persist.

Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero.

If people are travelling, Environment Canada says to be prepared for areas of near-zero visibility.
