Firefighters were busy battling a blaze at a maintenance garage Sunday afternoon.
The Saskatoon Fire Department received a call at 12:54 p.m. reporting smoke in the 1900 block of Saskatchewan Avenue.
Five trucks — three engines, a ladder truck and a rescue truck — were sent to the scene along with a battalion chief and a fire investigator.
In a news release Monday, the fire department said it started in the engine of a semi truck parked inside the building.
In total, there were eight semi-trucks in the building.
Damage is estimated at over $1-million dollars.
