There seems to be something missing from the storefront at Cree Way Gas on 22nd Street in Saskatoon.
The front door and glass window of the gas station.
According to store supervisor Amanda Greyeyes, an individual in a vehicle pressed the wrong pedal Monday night, accidentally running into the storefront.
“There’s a bunch of damage, but it’s boarded up, so it’s good right now. I thought I’d be cold in the morning (though),” she said.
No one was hurt in the accident, and operations continued as normal Tuesday, even with the snowfall overnight.
“It’s busy, busy here today (tuesday),” she said. “It’s normal, it’s steady here and people (are) just asking a bunch of questions, (about) what happened.”
There’s no word on how much the damage will cost, as of yet.
