Prince Albert police are investigating the possible drowning of a man during a chase in northern Saskatchewan.

He ended up in a nearby body of water and disappeared beneath the surface, police believe he drowned.
Because the man disappeared during an RCMP chase, Prince Albert police has been called in for an independent investigation.
Stony Rapids is 1,000 km north of Saskatoon, near the Northwest Territories border.
