Just like the University of Saskatchewan-the University of Regina and Saskatchewan Polytechnic will require non-medical face masks on its campuses.
The rule goes into effect on Aug. 24 for Sask. Polytech staff, students and visitors, although masks are encouraged until then.
Mandatory mask use rolls out at the U of R on Sept. 1.
Non-medical face masks will be required inside common spaces and anywhere physical distancing cannot be maintained.
Polytech students will receive one cloth mask or a disposable mask if they need to be on campus.
