Starting Monday, you can pay a bill at City Hall again.
After almost three months of being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the lobby at City Hall will open again.
This will include front counter services, like corporate revenue customer service and the bill payment centre.
The city says the lobby has been modified with safety protocols guided by the provincial health order.
Physical distancing, enhanced sanitization protocols and limits of 15 people inside the lobby will be in place.
The first hour of each weekday, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., will be dedicated for assisting seniors, vulnerable persons and persons with a disability.
The use of non-medical face masks is also encouraged.
