At around 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, a woman called the Saskatoon Fire Department from the vehicle in which she had become trapped.
It happened in the 1700 block of Preston Avenue North.
The woman called 911 after the vehicle she was driving hit a light standard and rolled, trapping her inside the vehicle.
Fire dispatchers called the City of Saskatoon to deal with the downed light standard and electrical hazard. Firefighters then extricated the woman from the vehicle.
She was medically assessed and found to have only minor injuries. She was treated at the scene.
