The average price of a home rose to $340,684, an increase of 2.6 per cent compared to the same period in 2015.
Two-storey home prices led the way with an average 6.5 per cent increase bringing the average price to $416,729.
Condominiums saw prices rise a more modest 0.6 per cent, with an average unit price of $269,086.
Bungalows saw average prices slip 0.3 per cent down to $302,433.
The company predicted overall gains of 1 per cent for Regina in 2017, stating that a strong employment rate should keep prices up.
