Saskatoon police say a suspicious death early Monday morning is now being investigated as a homicide after a 19-year-old woman was found shot.
Police say officers and paramedics received a call about an injured female near the intersection of Avenue T and 21st Street South at 3:40 a.m.
She was transported to hospital, but died of her injuries.

A resident in the area said she heard gunshots around 3 a.m.
Police are still investigating.
