A collision on Highway 3 on Good Friday has killed a 22-year-old woman and 17-year-old boy from Prince Albert.
RCMP responded around 12:45 p.m. to the scene near Muskoday First Nation.
A car and truck had collided and were blocking the highway, mounties said in a media release.
The two people inside the car were pronounced dead at the scene.
A man from Naicam driving the truck and his passengers—a Christopher Lake woman and child were transported to hospital with injuries.
According to Parkland Ambulance, the child is an 8-year-old boy, the woman is 31 and the man driving is 36-years-old and is in serious condition.
The investigation is on-going with the assistance of an RCMP collision reconstructionist.
