Just before midnight on Saturday two men were arrested in Saskatoon after Saskatoon Police received a complaint about a robbery.
The incident took place on 33rd St. and Avenue Y.
According a news release, the two suspects age 25 and 27 approached the victim with a knife and a machete, demanded his property then fled in a vehicle.
The Air Support Unit assisted in locating the vehicle and the two men “were arrested without incident,” according to the release.
The suspects are being charged with robbery with a weapon and are set to see a Justice of the Peace today.
