Saskatoon police were called to a home in the 600 block of 33rd Street West Monday afternoon after getting a report about an injured man.
When they arrived they found several people inside the home including a 42-year-old man who was suffering from what appeared to be a life-threatening gunshot wound.
The man was taken to Royal University Hospital.
Members of the serious assault unit are investigating.
