Photos submitted to 650 CKOM show flames and heavy smoke pouring out of the structure.
Highway 26, which was closed because of smoke, has since reopened.
No word on what caused the fire or the extent of damage.
Turtleford is located 90 kilometres northwest of North Battleford.
