The RCMP has arrested Kandi Rose Ratt on an accessory charge tied to the Dec. 23 death of Sheena Marie Billette.
The Mounties located Ratt in Christopher Lake and took her into custody on Saturday.
They continue to search for Charlie (CJ) Napthalie Charles. He is one of four people charged with first-degree murder in connection with Billette’s death.
The other three were arrested Jan. 13 in La Ronge.
Charles is described by the RCMP as being 5-foot-9 and 119 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is missing his left index finger and left baby finger, which the RCMP said may still be bandaged.
