The Sheepdogs are coming home to kick off Juno Week in Saskatoon.
On Thursday morning, the Kick-Off Concert lineup was released along with ticket availability.
The Sheepdogs, who are from Saskatoon, will headline the concert that includes appearances by Jim Cuddy of Blue Rodeo, Billy Talent, Splash’N Boots, The Strumbellas, and Shaunavon’s Hunter Brothers.
More participants for the concert will be announced in the coming months.
Proceeds of the Kick-Off Concert will go to MusiCounts, Canada’s music education charity.
The Kick-Off Concert is to begin March 12 at 8 p.m. at the Coors Event Centre, and tickets are available online.
The 49th annual Juno Awards are set for March 15 at SaskTel Centre.
