It could be a dark night for people in southwest Saskatchewan — there’s a large power outage affecting a big corner of the province.
As of about 6 p.m. on Monday, SaskPower said the outage was for the Leinan, East End, Swift Current, Climax, Herbert, Dollard, Valmarie, Stewart Valley, Consul, and Maple Creek areas constituting most of the southwest part of the province.
There was no cause for the outage reported at the time and no estimated time of repair.
