A coyote chasing people and pets on the University of Saskatchewan campus has been killed by police.
Police were called to the area of Seminary Crescent and North Road at 9:38 a.m. Saturday.
When officers found the coyote it began acting aggressively and out of character for a wild animal.
A specially trained officer shot and killed the coyote with a single bullet from a rifle.
The area has been re-opened to the public and deemed safe.
