Saskatoon residents will find out Wednesday how the city plans to spend their tax dollars for next year.
The preliminary budget will be released at 3 p.m.
The proposed tax increase was set at 3.23 per cent back in the summer, but that is not a final number until city council has a chance to debate the budget.
That will happen next month with deliberations scheduled for November 25th, 26th and 27th.
