A 27-year-old man has been charged after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a power pole at 8th Street and Boychuk Drive around 11:30 Monday night, causing a massive power outage in some areas of the city.
Power was knocked out to roughly a dozen neighbourhoods, but Sask Power said most areas were brought back online around 6 a.m.
