A 20-year-old woman was sent to hospital Tuesday, after police found her injured in an apartment suite on Ave. B North.
Police made the discovery after it was reported she may have been unlawfully confined.
Her injuries are considered serious but non-life threatening.
Police arrested a 20-year-old woman and have charged her with unlawful confinement and assault.
A third woman has also been charged, but she fled the scene before police could arrest her.
