The Meewasin Valley Authority is calling all artist, no matter their skill level, to help with a world record attempt.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday the goal is to fill six kilometres of the Meewasin Trail with a chalk mural.
The theme, which is Meewasin Valley, is open to interpretation but can include wildlife, plants, the river or people.
To make everything official people are asked to register ahead of the event for either the 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. start times.
Chalk is being provided at the six starting points along the trail.
