One man is recovering in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the motorcycle he was driving was struck by a car Sunday.
A news release from Saskatoon police said the motorcyclist was traveling northbound around 10:15 p.m. on McOrmond Drive when he turned left in to the path of a small car traveling southbound and was struck as he attempted to merge onto College Drive.
Saskatoon police, Saskatoon Fire Department and Medavie Health Services West attended the scene.
The 26-year-old motorcyclist was sent to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon. Police believe his injuries are non-life threatening. An investigation into the collision is underway and charges are pending.
