Environment Canada has issued severe thunderstorm watches in west-central Saskatchewan.
Two areas near the Saskatchewan-Alberta border are marked as spots where storms could form Monday evening.
The alerts from Environment Canada warn favourable conditions exist for the formation of severe thunderstorms that could produce loonie-sized hail and produce 100 km/h wind gusts.
Communities as far west as Marshall, ranging to areas as far north as Green Lake, are included in the weather alerts.
