Kylen Strongarm was last seen in the 1100 block of Montague Street around 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17th.
Police are describing Strongarm as an aboriginal male, around 5’ 4”, weighing about 100 pounds, thin build, with a light complexion, brown eyes and brown hair.
