Police arrested three adults and a youth after a search warrant turned up stolen items including a sawed off shotgun.
On Monday afternoon police went into a home in the 700 block of Garnet Street and found several items from a break and enter at Regina Beach including a sawed-off .22 gauge Mossberg shotgun.
Chantel Mckay, 24, Dwayne Lavallee, 28, and Brenton Spencer, 33, have been charged with possessing a firearm, careless use of a firearm and three counts of possessing stolen property.
The youth has been charged with theft over $5,000, possession of stolen property over $5,000 as well as having several outstanding warrants.
