The body of a 27-year-old man has been found in the South Saskatchewan River.
Saskatoon Police received reports of a body floating in the river by Circle Drive and the Gordie Howe bridge just after noon on Sunday.
They brought the man to shore with the help of the citizens who located the man, and pronounced him deceased at the scene.
There’s no indication of foul play, and the investigation is now in the jurisdiction of the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
The next-of-kin has also been notified.
