RCMP are seeing a new wrinkle in a long-running scam.
The Humboldt RCMP detachment issued a release early Wednesday morning warning people about phony emails claiming to be from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

RCMP have previously issued warnings about fraudsters impersonating the CRA in phone calls attempting to pressure people to send money.
