RCMP officers from the Southey detachment were called Monday afternoon to the scene of a crash at an uncontrolled intersection between two grid roads about six kilometres east of Highway 6.
A vehicle heading south hit another heading east at the intersection.
The 59-year-old driver of the eastbound vehicle and the 58-year-old passenger both died on the scene.
A 24-year-old woman, who was driving the southbound vehicle, was taken to Regina General Hospital by STARS Air Ambulance.
