Saskatoon firefighters were called out Wednesday evening to a blaze at a four-plex in Riversdale.
Crews arrived at 501 Avenue H South to find flames and smoke coming out the side of the building, as well as several parts of the roof.
Firefighters began dousing the flames with hoses while another team searched the building. No one was found inside.
From there, crews removed sections of ceiling and brought in an aerial truck to help deal with hot spots on the roof.
Damage from the blaze was estimated at $250,000.
No injuries were reported.
