Kamsack RCMP have charged a man in relation to a death on the Cote First Nation — located just north of Kamsack — in the middle of August.
On Aug. 13, officers found a 20-year-old woman dead at a home on that first nation.
RCMP arrested Morgan Cote, 34, from the Cote First Nation Thursday and charged him with second degree murder.
Cote made his first court appearance Friday. He remains in custody and makes another court appearance at Kamsack Provincial Court on Sept 6.
