Truck hits 3 parked cars; alcohol believed to be a factor

Three parked cars in Saskatoon’s City park neighbourhood were left damaged after a truck struck them early Saturday morning.

The multi-vehicle collision happened in the 400 block of 4th Avenue North.

Police were called shortly before 3 a.m. with reports of a truck hitting multiple vehicles before rolling over. Police arrived to find three parked cars damaged, with a truck flipped on its roof with the driver still inside.

The 35-year-old driver was transported to hospital for examination. Police believe alcohol may have been a factor. The investigation is ongoing.
