Prince Albert Police responded to a call that someone was in the river at 9 a.m. Sunday.
They discovered the body of a man close to the south bank, near the shore in the unit block west area on River St. W.
Prince Albert Fire Department assisted with the recovery of the body shortly after.
Police are investigating the cause of death. An autopsy has been ordered.
