A new option is coming to Saskatoon’s grocery market.
Save-On-Foods announced Tuesday construction is starting on its first store in the city.
The 33,000-square-foot location is expected to open in Kensington early in 2017.
The company also has plans for two more stores within the next nine months; one on Cumberland Avenue and one in Brighton.
Company president Darrell Jones said the chain could eventually expand to as many as six locations in Saskatoon.
