A standoff in Regina at the 1300 block of King Street, west of Albert Street ended peacefully this afternoon.
The standoff started when police were called to a house on the 1300 block of King Street early this morning.
Police said that when they got there they found a woman who had been hurt.
The woman was taken to the hospital.
Police then tried to talk to the person or people in the house but were not able to, and eventually found the house to be empty.
The investigation is continuing.
