It was a rough start to the weekend for a driver near Wynyard.
A member of the Saskatoon police combined traffic unit clocked the driver of an old pickup truck going 160 kilometres an hour in a 100 zone.
No one should be driving 160 km/h in a 100 zone, especially with a poorly secured snowmobile in the back. This driver near Wynyard encountered our Combined Traffic member while doing just that. It'll cost him $910 and a 7 day impound. pic.twitter.com/Y4FAdopPU3

In a tweet, Saskatoon police said, “no one should be driving 160 km/h in a 100 zone, especially with a poorly secured snowmobile in the back.”
Police gave the driver a $910 fine on Saturday.
The truck will also be impounded for a week.
