Saskatoon police are asking for help to locate Rylynn Miller.
The 15-year-old boy was last seen on February 18 on Byers Crescent in the Westview neighbourhood around noon.
He is described as Indigenous, five feet seven inches tall, 120-pounds, with brown eyes and a shaved head.
Miller has a light complexion and a birthmark on his left cheek, according to police.
