A 19-year-old man arrested Monday while running from the scene of a bank robbery has now been charged.
Police didn’t release his name, but reported Wednesday they’d charged the man with robbery in connection with Monday’s incident at the Scotiabank on Clarence Avenue.
Further investigation also led police to charge the man with a second robbery, which was reported on Jan. 17 at the Scotiabank branch on Kensington Boulevard.
The suspect was due to make his first appearance Tuesday morning in Saskatoon Provincial Court.
