One woman is dead after a crash on the George Gordon First Nation on Saturday afternoon.
Police said around 12:20 p.m., they were called to a gravel road in the RM of Touchwood for a single vehicle crash.
When they got there, officers found a vehicle submerged in a slough. RCMP said they went into the water, and found the only person in the car – a 47-year-old woman from the George Gordon First Nation. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
RCMP said they’re still investigating.
The George Gordon First Nation is about 114 km north of Regina.
