Saskatoon fire crews responded to a blaze at 613 Avenue H South Saturday afternoon.
When they arrived around 12:35 p.m. they discovered the flames had spread to a vacant home next door.
To attack the fire crews had to remove part of the walls and roof from both homes.
Firefighters didn’t find anyone inside of either home while battling the blaze.
Damage is estimated at $150,000 for 613 Avenue H South and $80,000 for 611 Avenue H South.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
