The Saskatoon Police Service responded to a fatal motorcycle crash near the bottom of University Bridge Friday night.
The male rider lost control and struck a lamp post at 25th St. East and Spadina Cres. shortly before 9 p.m.
The 26-year-old passed away from his injuries. Investigators believe speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
Traffic restrictions have been lifted in the area.
