A 15-year-old boy is facing weapons charges after allegedly being caught with a knife in Regina.
Regina police were called to 6th Avenue and Albert Street on Saturday at 5:15 p.m. The caller reported seeing a boy with a bladed weapon.
Police found the suspect and seized the weapon.
The teenager, who can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, appeared in court on Monday morning facing charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon and failure to comply with disposition.
