An awful morning for some people in Moose Jaw on Saturday after two bear spray attacks.
The first happened just before 1 a.m. on the 0 block of Manitoba St. Police say a person was sprayed with bear mace after an argument – but they were taken to hospital and will be alright. Police are still looking for the attacker in this case.
A woman has been arrested in the second bear spray attack of the night, around 1:30 a.m. about 4 kilometres away from the first one, on the 0 block of Avens Rd. Police said several people were attacked. Charges are pending against the woman.
According to police, the two attacks are not related.
