A bit of bad luck in Moose Jaw’s CP rail yard overnight led to a driver being arrested.
The police were called out around 3 a.m. Saturday – a vehicle had been driving around in the yard and had gotten hung up on the railroad tracks.
Officers arrived, and say the driver was impaired.
The driver was arrested and charged with impaired driving and driving while over 0.08, their license was suspended indefinitely, and the vehicle was impounded for 60 days.
