A Saskatoon correctional inmate is on the run after stealing a truck to escape his work detail at Pike Lake Provincial Park.
Warman RCMP say Jeffrey Adam Dyck, 30, should not be approached.
Dyck was part of a nine person work crew when he escaped just before 1 p.m. Tuesday. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
He is described as white, six feet tall, 165 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a bright orange prison jump suit.
Dyck may be driving a 2000 blue Chevy pickup truck with the Saskatchewan license plate 825 BNG.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call their local police department, Warman RCMP or Crimestoppers.
