RCMP have charged an 18-year-old with uttering threats against the Tisdale Middle and Secondary Schools.
The Tisdale Middle & Secondary School was reportedly the target of a threat made on social media.
That prompted officers from the Tisdale, Melfort, Nipawin and Hudson Bay detachments to respond at the school, which was also placed in hold-and-secure mode as a precaution.
Police said they later arrested a suspect at a home in the community without incident.
The hold-and-secure at the Tisdale school was reported to have been lifted at 11:30 a.m.
The 18-year-old man will appear in Melfort Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
