Saskatoon police have opened a homicide investigation — it’s second in a 12-hour span — after a man died in an apartment building on Avenue V South.
At around 10:40 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a call of an injured man in an apartment in the 200 block of Avenue V South.
Police found the 23-year-old upon arrival and sent him to hospital where he died of his injuries, police said in a news release.
No other information into the incident is available at this time.
Police said this investigation is not related to a homicide reported on Friday night.
