Six people, including three children, are dead following a crash on Highway 4 north of Elrose.
Around 9:15 p.m. Friday, Rosetown RCMP confirmed the deaths of six people after two SUVs collided head-on.
One vehicle had a single woman in it. The other contained two adults and three children.
RCMP are in the process of notifying next-of-kin. Police will not be releasing the names of the victims.
Collision reconstructionists are on the scene and the investigation is ongoing. Traffic is expected to be restricted for several hours.
Elrose is located 115 kilometres north of Swift Current.
There will be no further updates provided by RCMP Friday night.
