For once it wasn’t a train that blocked traffic in Regina, it was the crossing arms.
For roughly an hour Thursday morning, the crossing at Broad Street and 1st Avenue N were down leaving drivers blocked in.

By 8:30a.m. rail workers were on scene directing traffic through while the flashing lights remained on.
